In addition to our scheduled events, we are able to take private bookings for individuals or groups of 4x4 owners who would like us to guide
them on a green lane tour.  We can offer these private tours midweek, and on occasional weekends when scheduled events are not running.

Private bookings can be for single days, or we can link together two or more of our routes to make a longer trip for you.
A maximum of 5 vehicles are accepted per group, and we must approve vehicle types before a booking is made.
On some routes, we may require a minimum number of vehicles to take part.  Please ask about your chosen route.
However, vehicles do not necessarily have to fit our usual entry requirements, as we are able to tailor routes to private groups.

Routes available in Northumberland, Durham, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, East Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire & Wiltshire.

We can also make recommendations for places to stay, and arrange pub lunches on most routes.

The daily price for private bookings is £150 plus £49 per vehicle attending.
The table below shows total costs depending on number of vehicles.
